The course
This course uses the Peaks theme. Its guaranteed route runs through 11 hooks. You start low down on the left, and the flag is in the upper half of the course, about 83% of the way across.
Besides the 8 blue swing hooks, it has 2 green reel hooks (hold on to be lifted, let go near the top), 1 rotor hook (it spins you round; let go to aim). All of them are explained on the hooks page.
Along the way: 1 boost pad, an angled portal shortcut (dive in fast and it throws you up to a hook far along, or go hook to hook).
Hazards: spikes along the floor.
