The course
This course uses the Peaks theme. Its guaranteed route runs through 35 hooks. You start low down on the left, and the flag is in the upper half of the course, about 22% of the way across.
Besides the 24 blue swing hooks, it has 6 amber sling hooks (grab it while it is ahead of you, then let go to be thrown past it), 1 green reel hook (hold on to be lifted, let go near the top), 3 ziplines (grab the dock and ride the cable), 1 rotor hook (it spins you round; let go to aim). All of them are explained on the hooks page.
Along the way: 1 boost pad, 1 cracked ledge that gives way after you land, an angled portal shortcut (dive in fast and it throws you up to a hook far along, or go hook to hook), 2 speed glass shortcuts (swing hard and break through, or climb over).
Hazards: spikes along the floor, lava.
